 Alderman Gregory Carter represents the 27th Ward on the St. Louis Board of Aldermen. He is a St. Louis native who was elected to the Board of Aldermen in 1993. Carter is currently theTreasurer of the African American Aldermanic Caucus.
Carter has devoted his time and energy to revitalizing his community, and has implemented numerous commercial and housing developments for his constituents.
