- Operate T-MAP Program in the 27th, 3rd, 21st, 2nd and 1st wards. With 100 nuisance case reports per ward in 2005 the baseline, realize an average 20% reduction in nuisance case reports per ward over the planning period.
- Increase rate of favorable nuisance case resolutions from 39% to 50% over the planning period



ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

NEIGHBORHOOD BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM
Which is seasonal work which increases summer youth employment opportunities for residents of the 27th ward, by providing complete yard maintenance from June through Septemeber of each calendar year especially to the elderly and disabled homeowners.

Work with existing residents to provide maintenance and light home repair to residents of the 27th ward.

- Explore cooperative efforts with neighboring wards to expand loan pool and impact
- Leverage CDA and other public resources (MHDC, TIF Funding, Affodable Housing Commission)




With these programs in place RWFDC hopes to expand economic opportunities by updating existing businesses and attracting new local/national businesses to establish operations in the neighborhood.
